From install to first grounded answer — about five minutes.
Create your account
Same login powers the web dashboard and the Chrome panel.
Register with email or Google. Verify your email if asked, then you’re ready to install and sign in from Chrome with the same account.
Install MentatX in Chrome
The side panel only appears after the add-on is installed and pinned.
Install from the Chrome Web Store when the listing is live. Pin the icon so it’s one click away on every tab.
The Chrome listing isn’t public yet. Create your MentatX account now, then join the waitlist — we’ll email you when install is ready.
Open the panel and ask
Sharing page context is what makes answers useful — not a blank chat.
Open MentatX from the toolbar, sign in, add context from the page if you like, and send your first question. Prefer a short ask on a real page over a generic prompt.
Check your dashboard
Plan, usage, and settings live on the web — not only in the panel.
After your first chats, open the dashboard to see usage for the current period, change plan, or update settings.
